Refund policy

The Pecan Life is committed to creating quality products that people love.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange for any reason.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, please contact The Pecan Life (TPL) at thepecanlife@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without the TPL issued Return Label will not be accepted. Return shipment cost is the responsibility of the customer. TPL will pay for shipping costs for approved exchanges.

PLEASE NOTE: Approved refunds can take up to 72 hours to be processed as long as the correct item is in inventory. Time to receive approved exchange items may vary based upon availability. We will do our best to ship replacement items out within 24 hours of receiving the returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Seasonal items, as well as coffee and nut products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. We do accept return or replacement requests on promotional gifts. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discontinued, sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. If the return is accepted, we will confirm when the exchange item is expected to be shipped.


Refunds
Our goal is to expedite every return for customer satisfaction. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. This processing time varies between 3 and 10 days with some institutions.
